We provide marketing services on monthly plans and as projects. The exact scope is confirmed in writing before we start.
Plans are billed monthly in advance in the currency we agree. Advertising spend, where it applies, is paid by you to the platforms and is separate from our fee.
There is no long lock in. You can cancel a plan with 30 days notice.
Once an invoice is paid you own the deliverables we create for you. We may show non confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
We work hard to deliver results, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as exact rankings, leads or revenue. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior month.
